2021 Animation Reel
This reel showcases a combination of projects I worked on over the last several years. Below you can find full videos for each of those projects as well as some additional side work I've done.
Path of the Warrior
On Path of the Warrior I directed a small team of artists and animators while also establishing and maintaining the pipelines for body and facial animation. My main contributions were player and enemy combat animations along with the majority of character rigs in the game.
Wilson’s Heart
For Wilson's Heart my responsibilities were interactive cinematics and isolated combat sequences as well as much of the rigging for the player and NPCs. Later in the project when it moved platforms to VR, I helped establish the body and facial motion capture process, recording, retargeting and editing mocap data with our in-house system using Xsens and Faceware.
The BTeam
On BTeam my tasks were enemy combat, minigames and 2D card animations for cutscenes. Early on I was also responsible for helping prototype many of the systems and processes used throughout the game.
Legoman Freelance
This was a side project I worked on through UpWork to create a Legoman AR Prototype. I was able to replicate Lego Movie style facial animation by animating a library of textured cards that made up the mouth, brow and eye shapes.
Earl Tubb Face Rig
This was a personal project to explore curve based facial rigs in Maya.
